Mine facebook account has been disabled.

Someone used the trick in the blog and disabled or deleted my account on facebook. i am unable to lofin to my fb account. fish....!!! i have to make a new fb account...plz guys dont use my trick on my id itself. as i have no solution to get back my facebook account.
